We offer flat-rate shipping depending on the items you purchase. See rates below:

United States (Standard Shipping)

  • T-shirts (Short & long-sleeved): $4.59 first, $1.99 each additional
  • Sweatshirts (Hoodies & Crew): $6.59 first, $1.99 each additional
  • Pillows (cover only): $4.99 first, $2.49 each additional
  • Pillows (with insert): $8.99 first, $3.99 each additional
  • Large Mugs (15 oz.): $6.99 first, $1.99 each additional
  • Small Mugs (11 oz.): $4.99 first, $1.99 each additional

International (Standard Shipping)

  • T-shirts (Short & long-sleeved): $6.99 first, $4.00 each additional
  • Sweatshirts (Hoodies & Crew): $7.99 first, $1.99 each additional
  • Pillows (cover only): $12.99 first, $7.99 each additional
  • Pillows (with insert): $29.99 first, $20.99 each additional
  • Large Mugs (15 oz.): varies, see price at checkout
  • Small Mugs (11 oz.): $4.49 first, $1.99 each additional

All orders are fulfilled between 2 to 5 days. Each product is printed on-demand. Your shipment will be sent out as soon as it is printed, inspected, and packaged!

Shipping times:

  • Standard US: 5 to 12 business days (but historically ships between 3 to 5 business days)
  • Expedited US: 3 to 5 business days (but historically ships between 2 to 3 business days)
  • Overnight US: 1 to 2 business days.
  • Standard International can take up to 21 business days*
  • Expedited International can take up to 10 business days*

*Please note that for international orders, not all tracking events may be represented in real time and this sometimes makes a shipment appear to be “stuck” at a certain place/event. When shipping internationally, you should factor in delays due to customs and hand-offs to local carriers.

 

Why are orders not consolidated?
We work with multiple vendors to give you the best pricing and quality, so your products may not be shipped from the same destination.

What carriers do you use?
Our network of vendors use a variety of carriers including:

  • DPD
  • India Mail

Do you offer tracking for shipping?
Yes, we offer tracking for almost all of our products. Your tracking number will appear under your Order Summary on the My Account page.

Returns & Refunds

Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but they can happen.

If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to hello@fairlayne.com within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!

Please note that changes to address cannot be made. Once an item has been ordered, we cannot make changes.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales made are considered FINAL. Remember that it is your responsibility to ensure ordered items are correct and suitable prior to the placement of your purchase.

However, if an item has arrived damaged or has a defect, we will send a replacement. 

If there is any damage, please take a picture and send it in to hello@fairlayne within 48 hours of it arriving. We will send a replacement right away. We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with their products!

We reserve the right to provide an exchange for goods damaged on arrival, and in some cases a refund for items that display evident and significant discrepancy from its advertisement in the description. To be eligible for an exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Original packaging and proof of your purchase is required.

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or alternative original method of payment. Please be patient as this process may take up to 7 days and is dependent on our payment processor and your credit card company.

Please do not file a dispute with your card company as the internal investigation will delay the refund by at least 21 days for review. Thank you.
